Requirements
Members consecutively not meeting service hour requirements may be removed from the club roster by the executive board. Members in good standing are allowed to list Key Club membership on their college resume!

Members must complete at least eight hours of service each quarter (except during Summer break).

Hours must be earned from the list of organizations provided or from opportunities shared to all members.

Each member is required to work at least one football cleanup each year. Dates will be announced when available.

Service hours of the previous month will be valid and logged until the 10th of each month (Ex: Service completed in October has to be turned in by November 10th).

Service hours logged for Key Club cannot be logged for NHS and vice versa (NHS + Key Club policy).

What doesn't count as service?
An activity does not count as service if you are receiving compensation in any way. For example, this could be getting paid or receiving profit from a fundraiser. In addition, an activity does not count as service if the volunteer opportunity is not announced or shared to all members.
